1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kendall Conexión's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Kendall Conexión provides web design, graphic design, user interface design, and web application development services. Our services include consultation, design, development, and basic maintenance as outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Basic Plan: 70% down payment required before project commencement
• Business Plan: 70% down payment required before project commencement
• Enterprise Plan: 90% down payment required before project commencement
• Final payment due upon project completion and client approval
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response times, and revision requests. Delays caused by client unavailability or delayed content provision may extend the project timeline accordingly.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom design work and code developed specifically for your project becomes your intellectual property. However, Kendall Conexión reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Ensuring all provided content is original or properly licensed
• Timely communication and feedback during the project
• Final approval of all deliverables before project completion

8. Limitation of Liability

Kendall Conexión's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client will be responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Kendall Conexión will provide all completed work files upon final payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kendall Conexión operates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Kendall Conexión reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
