At Kendall Conexión, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design and development services. Due to the custom nature of our digital services and the time invested in each project, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both our clients and our business.
The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:
If you need to cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus any administrative fees and costs already incurred. This must be requested within 48 hours of payment and before the initial consultation or any design work has started.
Significant changes to project scope after work has begun may require additional payments. We do not provide refunds for original scope items when clients request major project changes. Any additional work will be billed separately and is subject to the same refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with our work, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues. We will work with you through the revision process as outlined in your service agreement to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction after the revision period has been completed.
In the rare event that we cannot deliver the agreed-upon services due to technical limitations or other unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide a prorated refund for the undelivered portions of the project. This does not apply to delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or external factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government regulations. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, but we will work to complete projects as soon as reasonably possible.

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have concerns about our services or billing, please contact us directly first. We will make every effort to resolve issues to your satisfaction. For unresolved disputes, we may agree to third-party mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
Please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in termination of services and may affect your ability to work with us in the future. We will provide all necessary documentation to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.
In cases where a project is terminated before completion, clients will receive all completed work up to the point of termination. Payment is due for all work completed, and no refunds will be provided for the completed portions. Source files and assets will be provided upon final payment of all outstanding invoices.
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your payment will govern your transaction. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
